.respected sir,
(1) yes, i see different between Aristotle's and Dryden's definition of tragedy Ex.Aristotle said that:Tragedy, then is an imitation of an action that is serious, complete magnitude.Dryden use Aristotle's definition of tragedy an imitation of on ,entire, great and probable action;not told but represented which by moving in us fear and pity is conducive to the purging of those two emotion in our minds
(2)I side for moderns because i think moderns in more than batter to the ancients so that i favor to the moderns.Moderns are gave a more than chance to the create new ideas and imagination. Ancients is also a tipicale and old minded.
(3)yes i favor with dryden to his arguments presented in favor of french play he prove that french play is more than batter to the english play he says french are superior to the english for gave a various reasons.
(4)I would like poetry because the function of poetry would be lively and baggage way of what human nature is like.
